Order Processing: Shipping Times and Costs

Ground Shipping: Complimentary within the United States
Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order, excluding weekend and federal holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation. 
When your package is shipped out from our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your FedEx tracking number. 

You can monitor the estimated arrival status of your order by clicking on the tracking number link within the shipping confirmation email.

Please note at this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes
Warehouse Holidays: Shipping and/or delivery will not be available on the following days:

Independence Day

We offer complimentary Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. This excluded Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. 
Express service within the US is available for a Standard Overnight fee of $50.
 

International Order Processing: Shipping, Times, and Cost

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Our courier service is Federal Express.
All orders outside of the US will be subject to Duties and Taxes upon purchase. 
Please note that all duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through ADEAM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

There may be additional processing delays during sale periods.


Deliveries

If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal, ADEAM International is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.

ADEAM International is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather or event.  ADEAM is not responsible for product loss or damage during shipment.   
 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns made within 30 days of purchase on merchandise that is unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging, and have a return request.  We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. 

If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable through ADEAM International.

For all International return requests, follow the instructions provided. 
ADEAM International reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
 

We reserve the right to refuse late returns

If you would like to request a return, please email client.services@adeam.com with your Name and order number with reasoning. We may request an image of the item for consideration.
 

Domestic Returns 

For requests made within the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, once you have received a return authorization number for approval, a complimentary prepaid shipping label to affix to your parcel for return back to our warehouse will be sent to you within 72 hours including detailed return instructions. This service excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. 
 

International Returns 

For International requests, including non-contiguous states and unincorporated territories, please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. When you have submitted your return request, a pre-paid return label will be emailed for you to affix to your parcel to return back to our warehouse.
 

Original shipping costs are non–refundable

Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.

Price Adjustments

We offer price adjustments on full-priced items only within 7 days of original purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on items that were bought on sale or promotion.

Price and Payment

The price of Products is as quoted on the Site from time to time.


If you are shipping to US, prices include sales tax and delivery costs, both of which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping bag, and have indicated your shipping address and selected your delivery method. 

If you are shipping to Europe, prices exclude VAT but include delivery costs, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping bag, and have selected your delivery method.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time. The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. Prices listed on product pages may be changed by ADEAM International at its own discretion without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, ADEAM International has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the customer card charged. If a customer card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, ADEAM International will issue a refund on the customer card.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit card, debit card, virtual gift card, or store credit on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Alipay, iDeal JCB, Konbini, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay where applicable.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declined to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card, and Products will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
