Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns made within 30 days of purchase on merchandise that is unused, with the identification tags, in the original packaging, and have a return request. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable through ADEAM International.
For all International return requests, follow the instructions provided.
ADEAM International reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse late returns
If you would like to request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and order number with reasoning. We may request an image of the item for consideration.
For requests made within the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, once you have received a return authorization number for approval, located the complimentary prepaid shipping label that was included in your original shipment. Affix it to your parcel for return back to our warehouse. This service excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
For International requests, including non-contiguous states and unincorporated territories, please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. When you have submitted your return request, use the included label to ship your parcel to return back to our warehouse.

Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
